Director's Message
The cast and crew hope that "Queer" will not only entertain, but more importantly assist closeted youth, and in some way change the opinions and biases of society, to help make diversity more acceptable.
It's been a five year journey from start to finish, with countless interviews; late nights, early mornings and weekends spent filming; and weeks editing and tweaking the final product. The result shows the passion that everyone who worked on it has towards this important issue.
I would like to thank everyone who gave their time and energy so freely to make it possible.
We are now working on the release of Queer to Film Festivals, and Community and Educational Organizations. Please help us promote it.
It is also a very special privilege for us to dedicate the movie to Jamie Hubley, a young man who deserved far more from life than he received.
